Lunas provides AI-assisted information and organization. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider for medical decisions. If you may be experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

Stethos outputs can be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed against source records, clinical context, and professional judgment.

These Terms govern the Lunas websites (lunas.one) and the Lunas app (app.lunas.one). By using them — or by clicking continue where that option is presented — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Lunas.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a Lunas account. A parent or legal guardian may manage a child's health records inside their own account (for example, through Circle family vaults); the account, and responsibility for it, remain the adult's.

You are responsible for the information you upload, share, and submit. Do not use Lunas to impersonate another person or to access health information without permission.

Medical professionals using Lunas remain responsible for their own clinical judgment, documentation, patient relationships, regulatory duties, and professional obligations.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lunas for your own personal use — or, for professionals, your own practice. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You may not: sell, rent, or commercially exploit Lunas or its content; copy, scrape, or bulk-download content or data; reverse-engineer or disassemble any part of the service; access Lunas to build a competing product; or remove copyright and proprietary notices.

Plans, roles, and feature access are controlled by Lunas. Users may not attempt to bypass usage limits, paid feature gates, ownership checks, or security controls.

Pricing, usage limits, and included features may change as Stethos capacity, billing, and compliance controls mature.

Promotional or trial access may be time-limited and may end, change, or be revoked under the terms of the specific campaign that granted it.

Your records remain yours. You retain all ownership of the files and health information you upload; you grant Lunas only the limited license needed to store, process, and display them to run the features you use, as described in the Privacy Policy.

You should only upload files you have the right to store and use. Uploaded health records may contain sensitive information and should be shared carefully.

Lunas may quarantine, reject, remove, or restrict files that are unsafe, unsupported, or violate product rules.

Circle features are collaboration and record-organization tools. They do not create a provider-patient relationship by themselves and do not replace clinical documentation, consent, or legal duties that apply to a care team.

Lab features are for research assistance, organization, and review. They are not a validated laboratory information system, IRB workflow, FDA-cleared device, or substitute for regulated research or diagnostic review.

Lunas, Stethos, and everything we built — the software, models, design, and content we author — belong to Lunas One and its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership to you beyond the limited license above, and nothing in them touches your ownership of your own records.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback freely, without attribution or payment. Please do not send feedback you consider confidential.

Lunas links to or integrates with third-party services — for example EHR systems you choose to connect, or reference sources we cite. We do not control them, their terms and privacy practices apply to your use of them, and we are not responsible for their content or conduct.

LUNAS IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LUNAS ONE AND ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT LUNAS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. WHERE APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES WARRANTIES, THEY ARE LIMITED TO 90 DAYS FROM YOUR FIRST USE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (A) LUNAS ONE AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, OR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) LUNAS; AND (B) OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS CAPPED AT THE GREATER OF (i) $50 USD AND (ii) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID LUNAS IN THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE INCIDENT. MULTIPLE CLAIMS DO NOT INCREASE THIS CAP.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

You agree to defend and indemnify Lunas One and its officers, employees, and agents against claims and reasonable costs (including attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of Lunas — including uploading records you had no right to upload. You agree not to settle any such claim without our written consent.

These Terms apply while you use Lunas. You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms; where reasonable, we will tell you why.

On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive do survive — including Your license to use Lunas (its restrictions), Ownership and feedback, Disclaimer of warranties, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and this section. Your data-deletion rights in the Privacy Policy survive too.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we will notify you by email or a prominent notice on the site; continued use after notice means you accept the updated Terms. You consent to receiving notices from us electronically.

If any provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of our business. These Terms plus the Privacy Policy and referenced policies are the entire agreement about Lunas.

You agree not to use Lunas in violation of applicable export-control laws. We endeavor to meet WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility guidelines — if anything is hard to access, tell us at support@lunas.one and we will make reasonable efforts to fix it promptly.
